1 Introduction & Acceptance

3 Account Responsibilities

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions at pk9993 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits:

5 Bonuses & Promotions

Where a conflict exists between offer-specific terms and these general Terms, the offer-specific terms shall take precedence.

• Time Limits: All bonuses have a validity period. Bonus funds and any winnings generated from them that have not been wagered within the stated validity window will be forfeited automatically.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on pk9993 — whether in the sports betting lobby, live casino, slots, keno, or arcade sections — are subject to the following general rules, as well as the specific rules applicable to each product or market.

• Once a bet or wager has been confirmed and accepted by the pk9993 system, it is final and cannot be cancelled or amended except in circumstances explicitly provided for in the relevant product rules (for example, a sports event being abandoned).

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pk9993 platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals, and may result in referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account or operating multiple accounts through any means, including use of different names, email addresses, devices, or IP addresses.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other non-human mechanism to interact with any part of the pk9993 platform, including but not limited to game play, betting, or account creation.

8 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pk9993 platform solely for your personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. 12 Termination & Suspension

pk9993 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false or misleading registration or verification information.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a chargeback or reversal from a payment provider in connection with your account.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a relevant authority.

You may close your pk9993 account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance (net of any applicable bonus conditions) will be returned to you via your last-used withdrawal method within a reasonable timeframe. 13 Amendments to Terms
